Responsibilities：

1. Gain a broad overview of China organization and acquire market and customer knowledge

2. Acquire or deepen practical knowledge of agriculture and crop protection

3. Assume responsibility for field force assignments in sales and marketing

4. Provide independent project support in the areas of consulting, sales, marketing or administration

5. Acquire selling skills (internal / external, technical/commercial)

Requirements:

1. MBA and/or university, equivalent degree in agricultural science or a related subject is preferred

2. Leadership qualities / assertiveness

3. Highly developed interpersonal skills (communication, cooperation, teamworking)

4. Strategic and analytical skills

5. Confident and convincing manner

6. Fluent written and spoken English

7. Good knowledge/experience of standard business software

8. Knowledge of business KPIs an advantage
